Eastman Gardens is a 65-unit community with 100% HAP coverage units featuring well-groomed, stand-alone private garden apartments. AHIB represented the seller in the sale, with multiple offers procured. The deal ultimately closed in January 2025, at a number that resulted in a 6.10% capitalization rate on trailing net operating income.
